Facebook Page Access

1. From your Page’s Feed, click your profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Click Settings and privacy and select Settings.
3. In the left menu, click Page Setup.
4. Next to Page access, click View.
5. Find People with Facebook access, then click Add New.
6. Click Next.
7. Search for the person you’d like to give Facebook access by their name or email, then click to select them.
   • If you want to give Facebook access with full control, turn on Allow this person to have full control. Note: When you give someone Facebook access with full control, they will have the same access as you. Learn more about Facebook access with full control.

1. Select Give Access.
2. Enter your password to confirm that you want to give them Facebook access to your Page.
3. Select Confirm.

You can also give someone Facebook access to your Page from Meta Business Suite:

1. Go to Meta Business Suite.
2. From the left navigation bar, click All tools.
3. Under Manage, click Page settings.
4. A new window will open to your Page’s Settings on Facebook. Follow the instructions above from step 3 to give someone Facebook access to your Page.

After you give someone Facebook access to your Page, you’ll see their name under People with Facebook access with an Invitation sent badge. They’ll need to accept the invitation in order to manage your Page.
